Check us before you buy.
Door-to-door selling has earned scepticism. The answer is not a paragraph promising we are different — it is giving you the tools to check, in the order you would actually use them.
Verify the person
at your door.
Every representative carries a Paragon ID. Type it in, or call the office and read it out. If somebody cannot give you an ID, that is your answer — do not buy anything from them, and please tell us.
ID checker
Paragon IDs look like PAR-0001.
Six things you can hold us to.
Short enough to actually read.
This is not a legal page. It is the list a representative is trained against, and the list the office checks a complaint against.
Being straight about our own record
Searching the Paragon name turns up an unaccredited, unrated Better Business Bureau profile and an older public complaint connected to the Paragon and Optimum Readers names. We would rather point at that than have you find it and wonder why we did not.
Neither item describes how this operation runs today, and neither is a reason to take our word for it. It is the reason this page exists: verify the ID, get the total in writing, and keep a line to the company that does not run through the person who sold to you.
If a representative falls short of any of it, the office wants to hear about it on 702-720-7017. A complaint about a representative goes to the company, not to the representative.
Reaching a human, directly.
Cancellations, complaints, a refund question or a subscription you did not expect — all of it goes to the office, and none of it has to go through your representative.
