A representative is paid on relationships, not on volume alone. Product commission, recurring subscription commission, travel commission, bundle and repeat-customer bonuses, referral credit and a customer-satisfaction component. The system is built so the behaviour that pays best is the behaviour a customer would want.

No income figures on this page. Nobody will tell you what you can earn before knowing your market, your hours and your book. Anyone who does is guessing at you. The commission structure is explained in full before you sign anything.

Applications go to the office. Every representative is background checked and issued a Paragon ID before they call on a single customer.
